Oh, you're a hero. I know. So here I am trying to help people with staying cool this s And of course, Morgan brings me this beautiful weather today. But one of the challenges is you've got hotspots in your home. And the biggest trend right now is called a mini split system. And these mini split systems for those hotspots are where you're going to install one of these, either have installed or install yourself because they have these DIY systems That cassette hangs on the wall. It has its own thermostat. And so if you have an office, a bedroom, a second floor, you mount this unit, that cassette that you just saw over the top of this window. And basically there is this metal bracket that you'll center over the top of this. I know that for many, you're drilling one hole through the house for the line set. And the idea behind this is these things are highly efficient. They're all electric. They provide heating and cooling. They can cost as little as about $1,000. So they're not crazy expensive, but you have to install them yourselves. You will need an electrician to run a circuit for the outside unit. But this is the outside unit right here. It hangs on the wall. And the line set, the thing that provides the heating and the cooling is what's called pre-charged. So you don't need an HVAC license or you don't need special tools. It has these quick connect fittings that you put together. And once you put them together, they seal. They don't leak. And you cover them up. And then the beauty part of this is that you could put multiple ones of these in a home. Each individual room would have its own thermostat. And as you see here, the finished product comes down. This what's called an inverter outside is so quiet. I could be standing right next to it right now speaking to you and you wouldn't hear it. And inside it'so quiet as well. And it gives you unbelievable comfort. And it can work down to negative five degrees in the winter and provide heat. And it can provide you all kinds of cooling in the s And I've installed a couple of these myself at different locations. Our sons and daughter-in-law's house for the baby. And it's amazing. If you don't want to do it yourself, of course, hire a contractor. They'll do it. But you'll save a lot of money. It's one hole, hang it on the wall and get ready to be amazed. Oh, geez. Thanks, Lou.
