Hi, my name is Jessica and I'm the office manager of J&R Innovations. What I love about the company is not only do they care about the clients and family needs, but they also truly care about their employees and they're very family oriented. Hello, I am LaShonda Lewis. I am the HR director for Senior Helpers underneath the parent company J&L Innovations LLC. A lot of the people that actually work for this organization have actually been touched by someone in their family having Alzheimer's, dementia, and actually getting up in age and actually needing someone to care for them. Hi, my name is Amanda Mag and I am the caregiver lead for Senior Helpers of Southwest Texas under our parent company J&L Innovations. Another thing I love about working with Senior Helpers is we go above and beyond. We look for our clients as well as our caregivers. Hello, I'm Dominique Hill and I am the client care manager. I build relationships with the clients and the family. What I personally love here at Senior Helpers is the family oriented relationship that we have here at the office. My name is Jessica Shelley Williams. I am owner and director of operations of J&L Innovations. My name is Leo Williams and I am the volunteer COO of J&L Innovations. J&L Innovations is a multi-divisional company. Our vision is to be a blessing to others. Here at J&L Innovations, our motto is our purpose is your blessing. It was put on our hearts by the Lord through jazz who has an amazing heart to provide care for seniors as well as provide care for youth. We actually got started also by having that foundation of our grandmothers that we both had to suffer with Alzheimer's.
