You My name is Jake O'Ceefe. I'm the project manager for the 2011 Lobo Motorsports. What it is, it's a competition put on by the site of automotive engineers. It's called Formula SAE. Once a year, they'll have different competitions around the world where college students will compete to build a car from scratch. We use the older cars because part of the rules of the competition is that you have to build a new chassis every year. And these cars, they are race cars. So we use them as our learning cars where you get to learn how to drive the cars. So this is the 2009 car and this is a really dependable car for us. We use this car a lot. My name is Joey Cagliogami. I'm the brakes team lead. We have brakes, suspension, chassis, arrow, engine, drive train and steering. And dead-ac, which is the new one. So we have eight I guess. There's no limit. If you want to work, I'm on the brakes team. But if I want to go help the arrow team lay up the side pods or whatever, that's fine. The idea is you should work in as many areas as you can so that way you get as much experience as you can. The great thing about this program is that the program itself is run So there will be people that are almost So we'll have something And then we also have a systems engineer. We have team leads for each subsystem of the car. And then we go all the way down to people that actually do the work on the car manufacturing and stuff So it's very much so run What I really enjoy about the program is the fact that when I started I had no idea how any of this stuff worked. I didn't know anything about cars. And through working on them you learn everything about them. So I think what it is whenever you're in the real world and you're working on a project that you have no idea what it is, it doesn't matter what topic, what type of technology you're working on. You don't know how to do it. And then you just gain experience learning how to do it. And then doing it well. Thank you.
