Vehicles that are sold as-is come with no warranty, either express or implied, and the purchaser will bear the expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist or may occur with the vehicle. Vehicles sold with a 90 day warranty will come with an automatic 50/50 warranty through the dealership only. This warranty covers ONLY engine and transmission failure, and bears no expense for any other defects that presently exist or that may occur with the vehicle. This warranty does not cover any electrical components, check engine lights or other warning lights, tire repair, brakes, suspension, belts, fluids, etc. We shall have no liability for any consequential damages or injury caused by any failure or malfunction of such vehicle or any of its components, but this limitation of liability shall not extend of those types of consequential damages the limitation of which is made unconscionable by statue.
