Welcome to Murray Otter Group Winnipeg. We're very excited to have you consider Murray's for your career. I'm Dan Murray. I'm a third generation Murray in the automotive business. The Murray dealerships were started by my grandfather, Andy Murray, in 1926 in Cirrus Manitoba. Today there are four Murray boys. I'm one of them, along with three brothers who run separate dealerships across Western Canada. In total, the Murray Otter Group with total 35 dealerships across Western Canada from BC to Nova Scotia. The thing that I love about the car business, there's really four things that I love about it. The first off is the people. Not just the people I get to work with, but our customers as well. We develop great relationships and we'really The second one would be the amount of change that we have in our industry and the change today is happening at a faster pace than it ever has in our 90 plus years of history. N It's a very competitive industry and you have to be the very best at what you do to be successful at Murray's. And n And when you're having success in our business, whether it be selling a car, fixing a car, or just helping out one of your teammates, we're having fun every day at Murray's as well. Our awards are a testament to the success that we've had over the years. Being one of Canada's 50 best managed companies, a cons So there are a n Something that's always been one of our competitive advantages would be our training that we provide to everyone within our dealership and it's ongoing and it'something that we believe if we're not getting better, we're getting worse. So our training is certainly one of them. The other one would be our pay and our benefits. They're industry leading and we want to look after our staff very well in that regard. Another one and probably most importantly would be career path and when I talk about our 35 dealerships, they're all run by people that started their career in Murray's, worked their way up through doing all kinds of different jobs to the point where really they're doing my job. They're the general manager and they're their partner in the store. So the sky's the limit for your career at Murray's.
