Family owned since 1955, Broadmoor Garage is a full service automotive maintenance and repair shop.
Broadmoor Garage has operated in its current location since the late 1930's. Roy and Elsie Osborne purchased the business in 1955. The garage outgrew the original building on the corner of Kings and Girard, and in 1966 it was expanded into the former Delaware Bottling Co. building next door. Recent renovations to the front and an expanded office building were completed in 2015. Roy and Elsie's two sons Steve and Scotty run the business today where they carry on the legacy of honest service, quality work, and professional care for every customer.
This is the parking deck right now. They're doing some reinforcing to make everything more stable. I can't exactly describe to you what they're doing, but they're working on it. You can get the details of it from the HOA, the president's wife that I just talked to. She kind of explained it to me, but basically after Sally and after all the negotiations for what everybody would get, they are doing the reinforcements that are needed in this area. But as you can see, oh, I need to go underneath this area where people park, there are storage units. And so as you can see, those are, these are the 700s right here. These are the 700s. I'm going to back up some. And this is all underneath, this is all ground level and where the pool is. And over here, there's 901. There are the 800s. You can see that everybody has some outdoor storage space. And I'm coming over here. Here is n Right here on the front side of the building as you go toward the pool. And so that would make it very, very convenient. There's the beach. You can see through that. It's hard to see through. But anyhow, there's 903, 905, 904, 1001, 1002, that's floor 10. And then it's all out here as you go to the bicycle parking. And the pool is the storage. Okay. I'm going to end up at that door. Just, okay.
