Alright, it's Neil again at CJ Artel Service. Just want to make a quick video regarding servicing. We get a lot of customers coming in asking about servicing, what's entailed. We get a few customers ringing up about prices and a few people shop around for prices so I just want touch on a few little areas just so you understand what you're actually getting for your money and what a service is. You see because there's no standard for the service so what is a full service? You can go to 10 different gadgets and get 10 different full services. So with that I just want to explain what we do on a full service, what some other gadgets you may do on a full service just so you understand what you're buying. So with a full service it should include everyt Air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, pollen filter, spark plugs if it's a petrol, new so with that I've got a couple of parts laid out in front of us. The only parts that we fit is OE parts or OE matc So as you can see we've got some genuine Ford stuff, we've got some genuine VEG and we've got some Shell engine oil. Now there's that many different engine oil you want to get a good quality on. There's a few different ones but t And with that we've got a few parts in front of us so we've got an air filter when you take them out you can see the quality in them. It's got the stamps on it so we've got some genuine parts here that we only fit. And going forward from there it roughly takes about two hours. So you can't really do one in much less. You want to spend plenty of time to make sure you get around everyt And the parts quality is paramount and technician knowledge as well because you want to know the product that you're working on and know where you're going with it. So we tailor the services to the customer really because if you've just bought a ve A full service is roughly every three years so you can do two intrams then a big. Depending on your mileage again because we get a lot of fleet customers that could do a full service every year, every two years. And we also update all the online services. So it's important you do that to keep the warranty of the ve So again when you're pricing up a full service as a cons Because some people call a full service an air filter or a fuel filter but they don't include spark plugs. So is it a full service? They might not take the wheels off. Again is that a full service?
