It'secretive and it breeds suspicion amongst customers. So we really wanted to s When I opened, I created a web-based platform to have that conversation with customers both in terms of doc And by kind of pulling back the curtain, were allowing them to really appreciate the level of expertise that were bringing to the table and obviously that helps validate the prices that we're charging. And also I think there's this obsession with tech for tech'sake, Well, no, not necessarily, right? The best interface is no interface w Because inevitably if you can make your own decisions, not only are you going to make the right decisions, w You're going to go, yeah, I got what I wanted. You were part of the process.
