I'm here with a group of my esteemed colleagues and friends having a great time sharing best business practices and learning nothing but the best from our experts. A lot of really open-minded forward-thinking dealers who are coming together and solving real problems. The format is awesome, it's open, the content is decided by the attendees. This is just awesome. I'm here at the third Masterminds meeting. Super excited, turnout is just getting bigger and bigger. Everybody's relationship is really growing, everyone's getting a lot of good information, feedback is awesome, not a conference, more Mastermind group was awesome, it was so different, it was innovative, no stuffiness, no regular meeting, crazy ideas, learned a lot of different things, met some cool people. I'm going to come back every single time they have it, love it. What happens here is everyone speaks. The information is times 10 here, every single event. I've been to everyone, this one is over the top. The thing about this group is the relationships that I'm building and their ability and willingness to share their ideas. It depends on, it's working with your peers, it's working with people that have the same day in and day out problems that you do. We found lots of fixes, lots of things that we can take back to the dealership. I can implement today and I can actually put to use and turn that into a check. Must tell you that I've learned an awful lot about marketing, about referrals, about networking, about religion and how to run a dealership in areas that most people don'think about. This is the unconference. And I say that being at the unconference because it's not Here at the unconference, you get to talk to people. You don't have to run from session to session. No, we're all here, hanging out, having a great time learning from each other, being educated by each other. The connections that you make here, the people that you see and the things that you learn are absolutely invaluable. The people that you run into here at this unconference, they absolutely know their stuff. They've been vetted by the best to make sure that they're here to serve you and you're there to serve them. I amazed at how much knowledge is in this room and the things I'm going to take home are, I have a whole tablet full of things that I just want to implement as soon as we get back. But I can assure you it will blow your mind when you come here and you get to meet the people in the room and how friendly everybody is, how willing everybody is to help. So if you're considering it or you're on the fence, I'd highly recommend it. You have nothing to lose in everything they gain. We've had a great day and a half so far of this two-day event. This room is filled with lots of industry experts as well as dealers. You want to be a part of the next time we're in town. We're going to be back in Charlotte in September and you don't want to miss it. This has been one really fantastic event.
