Upon entering our facility, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist and can find yourself at home in our well- furnished and beautiful waiting area – cold drinks are on the house. Additionally, our office has three work stations that are fully equipped with the CCC- one estimating system and everything else that is needed to process the work. On one of our walls, we have a display of well-deserved and current certificates that shows you that your vehicle is in good hands. Our spacious shop front has six dedicated parking stalls for our customers.

We tried to open up a kind of a fast track repair center, but due to phenomenal growth in our local community being so loyal and so good to Defaults, hopefully that's good service we gave back. We actually grew so much that we actually have now converted t We do mainly BMWs here. We do other brands. We'll do other ve Then we just drive next door to have all the paintwork done. So these guys are specialized in doing BMWs here? Absolutely. Yes, two of our technicians that are here in t And it's different. By golly, I've been through a lot of classes over the years, but I have to tell you that getting certified in BMW is really close to getting a PhD in collision repair. I don't know what the equivalent would be, but that's as close as possible. It has to be the ultimate driving mac Yes, that's what they say It is a nice car for sure. They're very nice. But these guys have made many, many trips up to Mic They do some classes up in C But again, we'll do some other ones. We've got a Subaru and a Dodge Ram here, but mainly we do our main thrust is all the BMWs always come through here for collision repair. We have all of our specialized tools for BMW. Everyt BMW does require that we have that both for all of our carbon fiber repair tools, all of our al Basically, so if it's done on a BMW, it needs to be certified and it's done right here. Can it come straight to here or is the protocol go to the foul collision and then you farm it out to inside your auto-probe? Absolutely. You bet you. If it's a BMW certified repair they need to have done, it actually, everyt 320 Sagamore attached to the Chevrolet building. And then we distribute it right here on the same campus basically. We really never leave the DeFouw property. Of course, we have a set other locations over. We have two locations here in Lafayette with the foul Nissan, the body shop there. But as far as the BMW stuff, where is actually only three certified collision repair centers in the Indiana for BMW. We're one of them. So again, if it weren't for the training and investment that the DeFouw family is committed for our customers, we wouldn't have that certification. That's great. Good. Thanks for showing us.
