I'm Joel and today we're just going to go over a cool product that we've been putting in a lot of the open chamber KTM forks. It's a open chamber Huck valve and MX Tech was nice enough to let us kind of use the name for the product especially since they helped they actually machined and made these for us. We designed them and then they kind of helped us out with the final touches on it. So this is KTM 200 XCW Jamie Wells' bike. This is basically the part that we had designed. This is the stock one that we had we have here on the stock cartridge side. We had just installed this one just kind of for the video here. So that's This basically comes into play at the bottom of the travel. The spring sits here so it's not really doing much but kind of guiding it into position at the very end of the stroke. So we ended up coming up with this Huck valve MX Tech design. Just kind of realize that nobody's made it for this fork yet. So we do a ton off-road stuff here at 707 suspension. Some people think that's all we do but we do a ton of motorcross, supercross, arena cross, supermodo. You name it, flat track. The way it's basically installed it's really pretty simple Obviously the size is a lot bigger to maximize vol This is just a stock spring guide that we trim down. We can sell these with the kit or a lot of people just do themselves. They just trim them down, drill them down a little, drill them out a little bit and do So this is how it would be assembled after we put the HUC valve in there. So this is going to actually fill with oil. We've got an oil lock collar here, some shims when it comes into play. It'speed sensitive so Works really well. Amazing bottoming control and you can kind of run a little bit lower oil height to give the fork a little bit more plushness on the top of the stroke and the rocks and the roots and then when you do slam it really hard it's going to respond really well to that. So we've done a ton of testing on this thing. We've done a couple different runs of them and the last 30 or 40 of these have worked amazing and nothing but two th But this is still a really good fork and this mod can really improve this thing and make it work amazing over the rocks and the roots just So this product goes for about $350. We install it for no additional cost with one of our revals or our rebuilds. That's it I think for today
