Hello, Michelle Mendenhall from EXP Commercial here with Lori of Barakland Transmissions located in the heart of Barakland. T Consistently it's been successful. How are the owners are ready to retire and enjoy those golden years? Well, we have two bays. We have three lifts, one ride on two, four post lifts. We have a parts washer. We have steel benches. We have everyt I mean it's all right here. It's all here. It's a turnkey. I have a nice little cart that we use to move cars. It's a little Harley golf cart. We also have a winch on top of our ride on lift that helps pull the cars in that don't have transmissions in them or they just don't run. Everyt My employees personal tools. There's lots of parts. I have other transmissions that are built or parts that we have outside because we have a bent out there. The office is fully functional. Computers. I have a full staff. The staff has agreed to stay on. There'll be some training. Yes. Yes. Yes. They're all looking forward to it. Crystal is leg in the front. She is the first person you talk to. She'd be the first person when she come through the door you meet. She's the secretary but she's the heart of the business. She's been with me from the get go. She knows everyt She knows a lot more than I do. But she'she knows what's going on. She said she's willing to stay on and so are my builder and I have two R&R employees. That's fantastic.
