Located at 1931 Lyell Avenue in Rochester, the Lyell Ave store serves those who live or work in the Gates and downtown Rochester areas. Nu-Look Lyell Ave is the first collision repair shop in the area to specialize in aluminum-body repair, including the 2015 Ford F150. In 2015, this store received official certification to perform aluminum repairs. The stringent certification process assures that Nu-Look possesses the proper tools, equipment, facilities, and trained staff required to repair vehicles to the manufacturers’ specifications so that the fit, finish, durability, value, and safety of the vehicles are returned to pre-accident quality. Less than 5% of collision repair shops nationally have met the certification criteria.
