Hi, my name is Peter Wu, I'm the owner of Excellent Sato because in 1986 I opened a shop with a passion to paint cars. Not anything to do with business but just the passion to create a beautiful product that I could give back to the customers. My name is Mark Melson, I'm the Director of Operations at Excellent Sato Collision. I'm also a licensed auto body technician certified through BMW, Audi, Tesla and Porsche. I've been with Excellent Sato Collision for 10 years now. Throughout my career or my time here at Excellent Sato Collision I've been exposed to direct factory training by OEM brands. I've also had the opportunity to move up in the company and I think that's one thing that really makes us different than our competitors is we promote within before looking elsewhere. We want our employees to be engaged and always want to have a brighter future for them. In having the right equipment we make sure that all the repairs are done properly into OEM protocol. It's really important that these cars go back on the road safe and knowing that everything is done properly.
