Manjaro's been in business for 10 years. We just celebrated our 10th year anniversary in June of t I only try to really care about the customer, myself and the way to take pride. I mean, just to make sure that, I try to give people the opportunities to make Carcure n If it's somet I t And the community as a whole, I t I've been working at Carcure for 32 years now. I started out of So I just kind of, Enjoy doing it. You have a great boss that's good to work with. It's more And it's a very fun atmosphere in the shop. Whenever I'm back there, they're very well. All the guys are really nice. They're all family people too. They're all very open and very loving and very caring. It's kind of Once a year we do a fundraiser for our open house, w Last couple of years we've done juvenile diabetes, we do local stuff with the Lions Club, the Village. Everybody comes to us for all sorts of different events. So the cookie idea came through Darren's wife in April. It's kind of People don't get their cookies, they get upset. So the cookies are a big deal. That's We're known for our cookies and good auto service. We're a family. If you're just sitting in a lobby waiting for your car to get done for 30 minutes, you're just bored. Usually I see somebody that's bored. I start a conversation with them. Everybody offers a different kind of service, different kind of business. Finding a good service place We actually love it when you bring your dogs in here. We have a dog wolf and we have treats. We love people bringing their animals in here. We have lots of t We always have treats. I try to build trust and make people want to come back. If I do build that trust, if I say, hey, you really need to do this, you need to do it now or in a week from now, they're They can understand that and say, okay, I want you to shoot straight forward.
