When I started I never thought that we would be anywhere close to t ER AutoCare. A small town auto repair shop with h The future is very bright. Our goal is to grow t Eric and I working together as brothers. There's ultimately a level of trust there, Family is what ER AutoCare is all about. Ray Raeber founded the business in Plain City, O The small business ran out of Ray's farm shop and quickly grew by word of mouth. Driven by that p By September 2008, business was good enough for Ray to bring on And in 2013, In the years to come, ER AutoCare grew dramatically, moving to several larger shop locations in Plain City and developing quite a reputation as one of the finest auto repair shops in the region. Eric came and said, How do you want to be involved? And at that point in time, I was stuck in the office and I really didn't And I said, You buy me out. I go back to the shop, do what I want to do. So in 2018, Eric took over as owner and CEO of ER AutoCare and named Starting out as a technician, I just wanted to fix cars. And as it's grown, I've seen that I can make a much larger impact, creating a space for technicians to excel at their job. So what makes us different is, We want our staff to have sufficient time to explain t We all love to have fun. And that's the kind of work environment that we want to have. The culture that's built from Brent and Eric, I'll stand back from when Ray started the company. They're family operated and run business, taught a lot of it. They uphold a lot of it and they don't allow that to change just because the market's changing. It is always and will always be a family based environment. With Eric and Brent at the helm, ER AutoCare quickly went into growth mode, implementing strategies and landing deals to take ER to the next level. In 2021, they expanded their operations outside of Plain City, opening their second store on Riverside Drive in Upper Arlington. A few months later, discussions were underway to land a bigger shop in Plain City. And in January 2022, they officially moved in to their current Plain City location on Jefferson Avenue. And the Raver Brothers did not stop there. In 2023, they opened two more stores, one in Polaris and the other on Somville Road. Growth can be very difficult because it requires change from everyone. And the biggest part of that change is mental. So obviously, Beyond that, our ultimate goal is to be at a thousand stores across the nation. We intend to stay in the Col But after that, we'll grow it statewide. Obviously, Cincinnati and Cleveland are probably next big ones on the radar.
