Hello Everyone. Steady gettin' it over here at Muffler Man. Where we stay busy working for/with our customers. We work quickly and efficiently to save our customers money , so we can get on to the next one. The quicker we get done the quicker we get paid. Word of mouth travels fast. Our labor rate is $75 an hour, but we try not to charge for diagnoses. If you need diagnoses we suggest you leave the car so we can look at our leisure, that way we don't have to charge you. If you do want to wait the first half hour is free to check. Normal work load about 15-20 cars a day. Most of our business is made up of repeat/long time customers and businesses. Some families are even 3-4 generations of family members and counting. We are a full service automotive repair and custom exhaust shop for all makes and models. We specialize in catalytic converters (po420 emissions codes) and we even do tires & alignments. We bulk of our business is auto repair, but we really enjoy the custom exhaust aspect. That's what keeps everyone here happy and high fiveing. It gives us a good feeling to see a nice street hot rod come through and leave growling and snarling. We enjoy all though.
