BMW STEP

I would have never imagined that I'm on the path that I'm on. I've worked in the automotive industry for about 20 years. I've had several mentors from a couple shop forming to a couple service managers to a couple general managers. To look back and say my goal was to become a shop forming and now I'm saying my goal is to have my own BMW dealers It's a large gap in between. So as time progresses and you evolve and you take on new challenges, to me reflecting back is to say hey, Joey is a creative, ambitious, bold, pragmatic t I see Joey as a true professional, somebody that takes opportunities and builds on it. If you want a great opportunity, then definitely step is the way to go. There's no other program When I graduated from STAP, my goal was to become a shop forming. I really didn't see beyond that at the time. I want to become a general manager at some point. I manage about 250 employees. It definitely, I would have never thought that. Not just I've done it, but several people have done it. I see Joey taking opportunities and building on them and I see It's endless. I can see me having five dealers For somebody coming in, There's opportunities in the dealership, I mean, it's not just working on cars. I like the recognition, so to me, at the end of the day, it's provided a great living for me. The opportunities are limitless. That if you apply yourself, then you can become anyt And it sounds cliche, but the opportunity is there if you're willing to work at it.
