Discount Tire

Well, here's my rant video. After being a lifelong customer with Discount Tire, I have five daughters and I literally bought thousands of dollars for the tires. I'm 61 years old. I've been dealing with them for over 30 years. I wanted to get these tires, you can see there's lots of tread left on these. Lots of tread. Let me show you. All the tires are really good. I rotate them, I take care of t Yes, the truck is an 07 Jeep. There's the tires. You can see there is lots of tread. Now, even close to the indicator, there's not even any feathering in the tires. But if you look at the dates on the tires, there's a date on the side, apparently, that they found and they said, oh, sir, we won't rotate your tire because your tire is a 2012 on the front. The other two, the other three that we sold you are 2015's and we can rotate the other three, but we can't rotate that one. I'm You're telling me the tire on the front, you won't rotate because the 2012, they were sold the same exact time when I bought them in 2016, but you won't rotate them because they're going to be over, that one is over 10 years old. As the tires in good condition is not dry, Rod, you can tell I garage t I drive it occasionally. It's at 95,000 miles on the car. These tires have less than probably, I don't know, 30,000 miles on them, but yet they wouldn't rotate them for me. So I got to get up, Jack, to set myself and rotate the tires. It's not that big of a issue. I can deal with Jack Stans and all, but they have literally lost my business for life and my five daughters. Discount tire is got the stupidest policy just to try to sell you tires. That's all they become is profiteers. I know they're in the business to make money, but to tell you, I'm not going to rotate your front tire to the back, which would be safer than leaving it on the front, So you want me to leave it on the front instead of doing the right t Yeah, I'm ranting And I am totally never buying another tire from them. My daughter's cars, I got five daughters and my wife's car, they'll go up there and get the tires rotated because they bought, we bought those tires there and spent over $1,000 on most of them. And we're going to rotate it, but when we're done, we'll be going someplace else. If you've got any tire companies you recommend in the Houston area that give a good deal, post it on the bottom, let me know because I will not be using discount tire anymore.
