Muzi Ford has been helping Massachusetts Ford find the perfect car truck or SUV for many years. It all began back in 1932, as John Muzi watched automobiles drive in and out of the Tydol Gas Station across from his home in Newton, Mass. Intuition told him that the automobile would change the makeup of America and he wanted to be a part of it. As he was leaving for work one morning, John asked his wife, Bertha, to call the Tydol Gas Company to see what it would take to get a gas station off the ground. The answer was $200, self confidence and a lot of hard work. The very next day, John and Bertha sold their own automobile - worth $700 - for $200 and it was official: Muzi Motors was in business. John's new company was founded on simple, but extraordinary principles: Take care of your customers. Take care of your employees. And give back to your community. A determined man, John was just 23 years old when he walked to the docks in his native Italy, jumped on a ship headed to America and never looked back. In an age of great change, John Muzi proved himself to be a pioneer; a man who strove to do better, to be better and to change with the times.
