Our guests can expect some modifications in their visit due to COVID-19. You will notice that we are only allowing two guests into the service lane at a time and asking that all guests remain inside their vehicle until greeted by an attendant. Throughout your visit we are working to observe and maintain six-foot social distancing. We are also installing protective covers to the driver'seat, steering wheel and shifter cover and staff are required to wear masks and gloves while transporting your vehicle. We have the floors clearly marked to direct guests through the service lane and maintain social distancing. And sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and fresh pens are available for guests if needed. Our guests will also notice that seating in the waiting room has been marked off for social distancing. Additional seating is available near the parts department and in the showroom if needed. And just In our waiting room additional hand sanitizer, rubber gloves, sanitizing wipes and napkins are available for our guests. When visiting the sales department guests will find additional sanitizing items available in the showroom and they will find that social distancing is also practiced at the sales desks. When service is complete guests are welcome to additional protective and sanitizing items for their vehicle. Every loaner vehicle will be sanitized and the same service may be available to our guests soon. In addition to wiping down any touch points we are sanitizing our facility daily to give staff and guests added protection and peace of mind.
