Jack Ingram Porsche

For those of you who have not had the pleasure of meeting you, my name is Roy Ingram. And I just want to personally thank everyone for coming to our 2020 New 9-11 event t And we are very glad to have all of you here. For sure it has a habit of introducing all the New 9-11s that are always at a special place. And the introduction was actually done to the dealers at a very famous racetrack in Palm Desert called thermal Club. And thermal Club is in itself an interesting t So, but they, since that time they've taken in other members and you can become a member for a million dollars. But you have to buy also a lot and build a very expensive house on it around the track. But enough for that, we came here for the 9-11. The reason I mentioned the event in California, the dealer event, t Actually I knew And he had sold And basically selling what we're selling here. And so David being a Southerner, I just thought he should come back home. So Invited So I want to introduce Well, I'll tell you a little bit more about that story real quickly. When I met Mr. Ingram and got to call my wife on the phone and she's in Illinois and it's minus 23 degrees at night. And I told her, Mr. Ingram may offer me a job or we may have an opportunity to go south. And she said, I don't care what he pays, you're going. So, but good Lord had First of all, I want to thank you on behalf of Jack Ingram Motors and all the employees. So special evening. Before I get started, I want to introduce a couple of people, couple of managers. Ruth, are you here? There she is. Ruth, let me just make it safe I say that's right. Right there. Right there. Friday. Is that right? Ruth Fritej. She's Friday in German, y'all ought to know that. She's Friday, our service manager. And then I know I got tony Sinakis is our sales manager over here. And Tony and we have Justin Wort Carl. Okay, and Carl our service rider. I'm short and static. And then we got our sales guys here, a portion sales guys. So I got Lynn Williams right here. And everybody, a lot of people know Lynn and I got Richard Conniff. Where's Richard at? Richard back there in the back. And then I got Robbie Poole. You must have paid But And in the 60s, you remember that we had the first landing on the moon in Beagle Mania. We had mini skirts and Barbie dolls and bell bottoms. And we tried to do that t I didn't wear a bell bottoms and my wife didn't wear a mini skirt tonight. But we've had 60s music and I want to give these guys a hand because they always do a great job. But we, 60s in 1963 was the first 9-11 and probably a lot of We've been eight generations of a 9-11. And the 9-11 is different, but it's not different. It's different and that, They ride better, different tires and t But it's not different in a lot of ways. It's a true Porsche. It has that look of a Porsche, distinct look. It's iconic Porsche all over the world as the 9-11, it's a special automobile. And you guys know that it feels So those t But I know what you've come here to hear me talk about. But we're going to unveil these. But before we do that, I want to say a couple t Sure, we'll do a couple t I get asked t How soon can I get me a Porsche in a 9-11? Whatever model you're interested in. And I'll explain it to you, all of you, kind of one time. We get an allocation of cars every three months and we know what we got coming in. And I know we've got a certain amount or an area of kind of a certain amount of Porsche 9-11's coming next year. But I don't even know how they're equipped on any of the models. Sometimes people say, well, you can'tell me when I'm going to get a Carrera or I can get a cab. And I can generally tell you maybe if I got one coming, or got one coming, it's not sold. So my best advice to you is if you're interested in one, the best way to get one, the quickest way to get one is to get on the top of the list. And get a deposit for whatever model that you want. And that way, when our representative from Porsche comes around, we can say, hey, there's Mr. Johnson, he's got a deposit, he's waiting on t Because I tell you, every dealers Oh, I need five of t But the deposit and putting your order down in the system is the difference in getting your car quicker. So I tell you that and we've had, and I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Taycan. And that's been, in fact, I t It's already got deposits on that car. And that car is coming out at the end of t And we'll be having another event for it. Be sure you come there because that is a super car, has a super nice car. So I want to share that with you. The other they've already got deposits on them, both of them are sold. And so just be mindful of that. You're welcome to get in them and sit in them and do it. I just be mindful of that with your favorite drinks and stuff. Let'see, I don't know, I got two more t Oh yeah, before you leave tonight, there's a, for each couple, there's a gift bag there. If you're by yourself, whatever, there's a gift bag back there and a couple gifts. And we also have Porsche So as a gift to us, to you. And then also in about an hour, we're going to have a drawing. And if you hadn't put your name on a ticket in the back, you need to do so. So we're drawing for the driving event in Atlanta at the race track for a carer. So that's a pretty neat deal there. If you've never done that, that's a neat deal. And so anyt Well, I can just say driving the 911 on a race track is about the most fun you're going to have. That's full of covers on.
