I got a complaint from the Better Business Bureau. Hey y'all, thanks for tuning back into C I hope everybody's having a great week. Today is a special day for me. It's a bark day. And two years ago on that was the day I got my YouTube plaque in the mail for us becoming 100,000 strong. But today I got somet A complaint from the Better Business Bureau. Now in my 13 years of owning a small engine repair shop, I have gotten five bad reviews. And the one that really hit most, that really, I don't know. I really didn't know how to respond to that one, so I just didn't. But the other four, there was always their side and my side. There was the guy that came in needing a 30 year old MTD spindle with no model n And he got mad at me because it took 10 whole business days to get the correct spindle. My bad. Or there was the other customer who let They dropped it off at the shop for repair. And when he picked it up, he said I gave Don't know what I can do about that. But t Now having been in business for the last 13 years with my small engine repair shop, I t But they really did get to me. I hated that anybody wasn't satisfied with my service. But at the same time, the YouTube comment section has hearted me in my old age and I've decided to give my response to the Better Business Bureau here. Now the complainant claims that he dropped Mr. R admits to the Better Business Bureau that he took But there's back story. There's always back story. In June of 2023, Mr. R dropped Two days later, we got to it, diagnosed that his hyper tough mower, not a Murray, had zero oil in it The mac So we called and left a voicemail two days after he dropped it off telling 97. We realized in August that he still hadn't picked At that time, there was no voicemail we could leave and we didn't get in touch with anybody. Now we're closing our shop down in September. We ended up staying till almost December working there every single day pulling all the stock out. And through that time, we called Mr. R twice more. Both times, it was a disconnected phone n So if you've been following along on my channel, So what happened to a bunch of them? Half of them went to scrap. Half of them got torn apart and turned into other mowers. Some of them we did bring here just in case the customer wanted. But Mr. R decides to call when the grass starts growing in April of 2024 and he wants to know where's Now we had a phone n He could have got a hold of us if he was looking for it all winter long when he thought were storing Now the t So if Mr. R wants to pay that $16. 97 diagnosing fee and the $280 storage fee, I'll go buy But really, you admitted that you didn't have a working phone n So really, your equipment was abandoned at my shop. And I just don't really feel So I guess that makes six bad reviews. Let's move on. I wanted to show you all somet I want you to notice my gulu GT4000 sitting on my bench. You saw it sitting there in my last video. You saw it in the video before that where I was j What happens when you take your j T Battery wouldn't start. Had no indication it was going bad. Now I did call roadside service and the coolest t And she didn't even charge me, w And I told her, Hey, I'm going to come pick your mower up and fix it for free. So we got her mower in the shop right now. And then we took a trip down to O'Reilly's to get a new battery. So can we just talk about how batteries suck anymore? T Our truck batteries for our diesel truck, we bought them in 2021. They've already gone bad. The original battery in t I mean, and now t He's helping us with the battery. Going to give it a little test. All right, bad battery. Time for a new one. That's what he all did. And did Sweet. So just in case y'all didn't know O'Reilly's will change your battery out for free.
