We focus on providing the sharpest edge at the lowest cost we can. I myself have been honing steel since I was a small child. My grandfather passed it down to me when i was just 5-6 years old, so i have been doing it roughly 26 years. I sharpen knives for kitchens and hunters alike. But the true beauty of the art is honing the edge of a straight razor it takes the most skill to leave that edge so sharp the hairs jump away from it in fear of being cut.
