Could be your first time in for service. So what I wanted to do is just walk you through sort of a procedure of what we do, how we do it, and make your life easier so First t Do not go in here, not at all. I want you to go right into the service department. So what we're gonna do is walk you through what's gonna happen and how it's gonna work. First of all when you pull in you are gonna see, not a sprinter in front usually, but what you're gonna see is our service department as you drive in. It's gonna be easy to do. Up the door will come and you're gonna drive right in. So once you've driven in here on the bay doors as you can see those come up and away we go. We drive right into here and we're gonna park right about here somewhere. There will be someone who's gonna come out they're gonna greet you they're gonna say How you doing? I hear you're in for service today. They're gonna have actually a clipboard right down the service that's required. If you find somet So in other words you say look I hear a rattle. I'm hearing a weird noise, a shutter. It could be anyt Tell them, explain it to them. Let them know ahead of time as opposed to doing it when you're picking up your car at the end of the day. So that'sort of the first t Once you're done there you are then gonna go through these doors. You're gonna walk right through here and you come they're gonna open you're gonna walk right up to the service counter where they're gonna set everyt Roll over everyt So just want to give you a little heads up.
