Since the opening of the Hydraulic Shop we have prided ourselves on our excellent customer and product service, as well as our family values. We are available at all times to help our customers get the job done, even after hours! We stand behind our work to guarantee satisfaction, and are currently growing our inventory and experience to ensure that we continue to do the job right for you. RESEALS- All hydraulic cylinders- We also reseal valves logic blocks, and any other hydraulic component with seals. SERVICES: FILTRATIONS- Oil filtration has become one of the best cost efficient, and environmentally friendly ways of cleaning hydraulic oil in power units to extend pump life and eliminate problems during ginning season. REBUILDS- We rebuild pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinder valves, hydrostatic transmissions, power units, and anything hydraulically automated that we can acquire parts for. We have 2 lapping tables, and the ability to test our pumps and motors with 60hp and 125hp test machines. MACHINE WORK- We have a full machine shop with the ability to make new chrome rods and barrels for the cylinders. One of our lathes is dedicated to polishing rods to clean them up, smooth their surface, and we can also make heads, glands, and pistons out of brass, aluminum, ductile, or steel and build steel reservoirs of all shapes and sizes. SERVICE- Our team is available to help all hours of the day and night with all your hydraulic needs. PRODUCTS: VALVES- Dump valves, un-loader valves, directional valve, check valves, sectional valves, ball valves, lock valves, diverter valves; in several different brands including Vickers, Bucher, Sunstrand, Rexroth, and Eaton. CYLINDERS- For the farmers we keep all the cylinders for a module builder in stock. We stock several sizes of tie-rod cylinders, welded cylinders, and some stage cylinders. PUMPS- Pumps that are in stock are gear pumps, vane pumps, piston pumps, and hydrostats. MOTORS- Gear motors, piston motors, orbit motors and disk valve motors. HYDRAULIC HOSES- In our hose room we have a Gates GX32 machine capable of crimping up to a 2" 5000psi hose. Hose and belting in stock is Gates. ADAPTORS- The selection of fittings that we carry is growing everyday. We have hundred of different styles to choose from. FILTERS- Spin on filters, filter elements, low pressure, and high pressure are available.
