Hi, I'm Cole at Raleigh's Accident and Hail Repair in Loveland, Colorado. At our facility, we specialize in small accident and hail repair. In doing so, we look for the most efficient products for us to get cars in and out as fast as possible. And through all of our research, we have found that Simac was the best fit for our facility with the size. Right now, we're standing inside of our fixed station. And inside the fixed station, it is built to do everything all in one spot. We do our body fillers, our primer, and then start the painting process all at one time. The car never leaves this section until it is fully painted and ready for final assembly. One of the products inside of this booth that makes it fast is the FlyDrive by Simac. It is a gas catalytic drying system and it's a robotic arm that will actually run over the panel in between your base coat and also your clear coat. And when it runs over your panel after your final coat is clear, it is dry within a couple minutes as soon as it cools down and you'ready for final assembly. Inside of the fixed station, we have equipped it with a lift, a car lift. Doing that allows us to never miss the backside of a rocker And also inside of the back wall of the fixed station is our vacu We emphasize in PDR work as well out of this shop. And doing that allows us to have a more efficient and clean shop and not actually hurting the panels when we pull them. From here, another Simac system that we have equipped our shop with is called the Drybox and equipping our shop with this has allowed us to take small panels that we're painting on the car, roll them out of here on the stands that we have equipped ourselves with into the Drybox. Once they go into the Drybox, they run for 10 minutes and it's all reflected so it dries completely around. So the bottom side, everything on the hoods are dry all at once. When it's done with the 10 minute run, you pull it out and it's ready for final assembly as soon as it cools. And I would Thank you.
