Welcome to 61 Bowen Street in Warrigal. I'll take you for a walk through this property but I'll just let A bit of building being done up there down that pathway is St Paul's walking distance there. We've also got the walking tracks through the Brooker Park and the scout hall. So I'll take you through this California bungalow and we'll have a look inside. It's got the led light windows at the front, beautiful doorway. As you come through the entryway here you've got the lovely timber floors. It's got a lot of character this home. You'll see with the ceilings you've got the ornate ceilings, the picture rails and the scooting boards and cornices. So this entryway here is quite large and then we'll head off right into the main bedroom. All the bedrooms are really good sizes so it's three bedrooms, one bathroom. So you've got built-in cupboards there. I'll just take the camera up so you can also see the ceiling. This home is heated with gas ducted heating which is through the floor. Beautiful double-hung windows there. We'll go across the entryway and the door to my left. Another bedroom in here. So you can see with the two single beds there's plenty of room on the side so nice big bedrooms. This one doesn't have a building room but there's certainly plenty of room. It too has the beautiful decorative ceilings as well. This has actually got three lots of double-hung windows and both these bedrooms have got carpet on the floor. Now heading to the land room. So behind the TV there is a wood heater which is not used and also up the top there is ceiling you will see the split system air conditioner. So this room has got the two doors into the entryway where I just came from and then it also takes us through to the kitchen. Now kitchens are really good sized big space. You've got overhead cupboards and a bench and cupboards underneath there. Plenty room to put. Dresses that you can put your cover in, cropper in, fridge space, double sink, dishwasher there in the corner. Also you've got gas hotplates and you've got the wall oven there as well and you can see that you can fit a dining table in this area. Now we'll go back through this door here. Actually before I do those double cupboards is nice old pantry. I'll take you into the third bedroom. So we swing around. This one also has built-in robes. Also has its own split system for your comfort. I'd say the carpet's been replaced or no there's a carpet matter that's been laid down in this room and you've got the cupboards there in the corner. You'll be building robes. Alright we'll wander back out through the kitchen. So this takes you out to the laundry, separate toilet and bathroom. So your corner shower just there. Vanity. Beautiful floor foot bath. A bit hard to see with my videos there but they've got a floor foot bath that fits really nicely in there. Laundry trough. There's another cupboard there which is great for storage. Separate toilet and then we'll have a wander at the back. Now this is a weatherboard home. It has been painted on the front and the two sides but you'll see when I swing the camera back around in a moment the back hasn't been done. So it's a driveway down and then you'll see there'still a fair bit of work to be done out the back here. So the guttering does need replacing and the weatherboards aren't in too bad a condition. It's just really the paint. There's probably a few that need replacing. Underneath the house looks like timber st I'll show you down that side of the house where you can see that has been maintained and painted. This is the back where it hasn't and you've got a shed. So there is a real lane access here of Halley Burton Grove. So good to have this storage shed and you can see the gates there that accesses onto the lane.
