Hi, this is Josh Privo owner and master technician of Silver Arrow Service along with my master certified shop foreman Jeff Poole We just opened Silver Arrow Service in London Dairy, New Hampshire We are a different kind of shop as we have both been in the industry for about 12 years now We both come from dealership background where I am master Mercedes certified along with master Volvo and Handful of other certifications ASE Infinity Honda And a few others Jeff here is a graduate of National Community Tech He is master Honda certified master infinity certified and also holds a handful of certifications for various dealerships The whole point of Silver Arrow Service is to give you an experience That is enjoyable a lot of people dread going to the mechanic or dread going to a dealership because they feel I'm Jeff master technician and truck foreman down here This is our waiting room come in hang out have your car serviced you can see right through here There are no tricks. Just come down here hang out We have Wi-Fi everything so you can launch out do your business Welcome to the shop here at Silver Arrow Service You can see we have two lifts here These are actually set up staggered and they're two different sizes this front lift here with the 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago on it is a wide lift. It's 10,000 pounds. We can do Big trucks. We've had some box trucks in here Some of the wider lower cars as you can see this car is pretty low here We are able to get these Ferraris Maserati's up in the air Without doing any damage to them because that's always a concern This smaller lift we have back here is good for mini fans small SUVs cars And we do a lot of varieties of cars down here We specialize in Volvo Mercedes and some of the supercars But we're also certified to work on Nissan's Infinities Honda's Acura's pretty much everything If you were here about a week ago, we had a street sweeper in here that were working on So don't be afraid.
