In May of 2022, we had Mr. Tire in Penfield, New York replace three wheel bearings on our Mazda CX-9 at a cost of $1,630. In March of 2023, a mechanic at a different shop alerted us that those wheel bearings had failed. They were making grinding noises. The wheel bearing work was under warranty, but Mr. Tire would not honor the warranty. On April 19, 2023, I showed up to my pre-scheduled appointment, but Mr. Tire refused to work on my car. I called the customer service n Additionally, the manager at Mr. Tire Brian Bloom called the police on me. I was not arrested. I had a nice chat with the deputy. He was sympathetic but shared it was now a civil matter. And so we must now consult an attorney.
