Music Moral collision is a business that literally started from a garage and it is growing into two different businesses that have just blossomed. Our second location was designed uniquely around a more efficient process. Tirelessly trained to figure out all the inefficiencies of the traditional body shop and how to combat those and make those better. We have seen this shop grow from just Dan and me all the way up to I think around 19, 20 employees now. The good thing about this new shop is we still do the same high quality of work and we're not rushing anything. All we've done is taken out the times where your car is sitting. We make it as best experience as we can to get that car back on the road so that it's working safely and get it back to them as quickly as we can. I have an amazing team of people to make sure things run smooth and make the customer happy. That's what's important to me is that we have fun at work and we put out a really good product. From the time that you start to the time that you're done, you don't have to worry about the process. You can just leave it and forget it, which when you're worrying about your car, it's just not something you want to mess with.
