All right, t We're going to go into the back much. You see I'm putting that spacer on with a little collar on there facing upwards and we're going to go from here. 180 degrees out on your timing mark. Big side to the bowl gear. You're going to have to deal with it being a little far away. The camera is a little far away here I know but I'm going to go and I want to show you how I'm timing these camera shafts here in just a second. It takes a minute for the oil to get splashed around the back so I'm going to pre-heal it. I'm going to get a little pin. Nice little side here. It's a long ways away I'm sorry. Pin through. I'm going to put a little o-lock on t It's a little bit of a spacer. You can't really see it that great from they're 180 degrees out. It's just a single tooth, 180 degrees out. I hope these videos are helping everybody kind of get a better understanding of how these emissions get together. If you got a second go ahead and hit the It would be greatly appreciated. It's on side Tap these down. We've already got our timing marks here. I'll show you what it looks You see you get your reference marks here. You just line up over the top and you can see how everyt I'm wobbly. You can do t You've got your auxiliary drive gear. The auxiliary drive gear is 180 degrees out. I'm going to get my second eye of the bill here. Put some oil on it. You've got your troubleshooting map and that makes it easy to find the customers. I'm going to put it on the side. It's going to be a little bit more complicated. I'll save it for later. I'll take my first one. I'll put it on the side. I'll put it on the side. Let me see if I can get in here and see t Let me see how that times together there. That's the fork I just put in. It's important when you build these to make sure that you have your yoke bars on your deep reduction and your Just You don't want to put t I'll put it on the side. I'll just splash on the back side. I'm backing them up. I'll put it on the side. Okay, buddy. I'll put it on the side. I t I'm going to fast forward a lot of t I've got another video showing how to properly s You can check that out on the FRO16210C rebuild video that I've done. I'm just going to go in there downward and here You remember that little o-ring that goes right there. Just That's pretty obvious. Make sure you don't block the hole. Don't even t Got to watch kind of close, but I'm pulling an insert valve out of here. I'll take the old one out and I'll put a new one in there and loop it up and let it go. If you're having a problem out of your deep reduction, you could be facing issues with an insert valve. We know the deal with these speedometer housing gaskets. There's two different ones. You need to make sure that you have the right one for the right housing. You got to watch real close, but I almost forgot to put t I'm putting it on now. I've tore down a pile of these slangs with that o-ring lesson. It doesn't seem to affect anyt If you were building one, you forgot to put it on there. It'll be just fine. Don't sweat it. All right, let's put the air system right in there. You got your little plunger here. You want to make sure that it plunges good. I The whole assembly slides in there just T You can barely get it in there. It kind of flushed there. I've already buffed the backside of t If you've got a heavy trigger finger on that impact, you don't need to do it t You need to do t Obviously, you won't be very careful with that. You're not going to break these bolts. I'll mess here. There will be two little o-rings. Let me get these two little o-rings, the focus, they're going to go right here. Now, you want to put a little oil all over that. Silicone lubricant works pretty good too. You just don't want it to start corroding up against. Sorry. You just don't want this is steel to al No, I'm good. All right. Now we have these undone. Yeah, they look The best way to do that is to look at your slave cylinder here on the side. We come around here. On the slave cylinder, you have a top and a bottom. You have Easy way to remember, just Now follow it down. Get it from here. That should go here. So we know that one goes there. This is a good way to remember how to wire in a 908LL or something Your red hose goes to the front. You're black to the back. You got a green that's going to go to the bottom off of the low side, and then you got the blue running back here to the back. Everyt We're going to move on and start with the top now. Make sure all three of your sliding clutches are in the middle. I've already checked all the forks and the top plate here. When you put these on, you need to make absolute sure that you don't just put the plate on there and then just start tightening it down. If you do that, you stand a very strong chance of bending that little lockout pin on the side of the slave cylinder. It'll crush it down, and the t You need to make absolute sure you drop it down. You want to pull it over and then push it to it. It needs to be flat on there. If it's not flat, then it's on that pin. If you tighten that up, bad t All right, one more air check. When you flip your selector, it should not rain. It should not rains No, I ain'taking no launch. Everyt I just need to put our reverse switch in there and put our speedometer and we'll be good to go. Now, as I put all these little finis I t I hope everybody's getting somet Thank you all very much for watc
