I've been a customer of Lex service for four years now and I'm a return customer. I keep coming back because of excellent quality service and the attention to detail that you get every time you come back. Well, I was going to the dealer for years and I was tired of waiting in line, getting the run around and being just another face in the crowd. So I went to Lex service and you get basically get unmatched service with factory parts for an exceptional price. After my very first visit at Lex service, I referred my mom over and at first she had reservations because she was unsure of going to an outside mechanic and unsure of what kind of service and quality you would get. But after the first time after meeting Paul and Steve, she fell in love with it and now we both come to Lex service. I'm a practicing attorney so my time is very limited. It's basically run by court and filing deadlines.
