Eventually, the renovation of the new building at a new location finished and the business firmly established itself in the auto repair industry in Minnesota. My name is Elmick Ficker and I am the office manager at Ron's Collision Center. I usually am the front desk person, so I'm answering the phones, taking all the information down for all the estimators and for the rest of the body shop. I kind of just am I am the person who's kind of that customer service representative trying to make sure that the customer is happy to make sure that all the people that actually work here, that they're getting all the information that they need. I definitely want to grow here. I knew from the get-go this was a place to grow just because of how the culture is here and just with the amount of people that are here and the opportunity for the direction of the car industry, how it's going. Everything's changing, everything's going to more technology base. But the sky's the limit. I definitely would be someone who would want to grow throughout the company. Any time I have questions I could go to anybody and they're always understanding and helpful and if they can't find something out they'll definitely put me in the right direction.
