Okay, I basically dropped my car off for an alignment. It either wasn't done or they did a really bad job. Picked it up the next day to find us out. I took it back. He made me wait for two or three hours before two hours before he even pulled the car in and I just decided to take the car back home and not have them do the work and I was going to take it to a different tire discount or since the alignment was under warranty. So I took it to Powell. They said either the alignment wasn't done or they did a really poor job. I got the car back and it still pulled to the left and the steering wheel was still crooked. Well with several of them, Reynoldsburg, Powell, and then they were just busy, but I dropped my car off to get the tires and alignment and the whole reason why I went to tires discounters because they were offering a free alignment. So I paid a little bit more for the tires, but I got a free alignment, so I'm saving money. That's why I chose that. So I dropped it off. They put the tires on. I actually had to leave it overnight because we got snowed in so they had it that whole day and they had it the whole next day. When I went to pick it up, when I dropped it off too, I told them the steering wheel was cocked to the right and it pulled heavy to the left. And he said that was going to be fixed. So I picked it up and it was still cocked to the right and still pulled heavy to the left. And there was no signs that it was done. I mean everyt So I asked He pointed t Now, maybe I'm just not reading it right, but that's just somet But And I said, well, not Even the steering wheel is still crooked and that was the main reason why I brought it in. So he said, well, that's why you have a warranty on it. I'm t So I dropped it off to And he said, about an hour, hour and a half or somet OK, well, I can probably go get somet He said, yeah. So I went and got somet Didn't get a phone call. So I went to the store, didn't get a phone call, and I was heading back in. He called me and he asked if I needed my car, if I could leave it overnight. I said, no, I need it for work. And they haven't even pulled it in the garage yet. So by that time, I'm on my way there. And I got there and the car is still sitting outside. And I'm waiting there another half hour passes. It'still outside. Finally, a little bit later, they had pulled the car in, but nobody was working on it. And I said, look, I'm just going to take my car and go somewhere else. So I don'think he And he just kind of There's paperwork on the car. I don't know. It almost looks But, So I took at the Powell and I waited there. And when I waited there, it was two hours I waited before they even pulled the car in the garage. Then it was an additional half hour and it finished it. And I got the car back and he said, hey, we got y'all covered. We got that all straightened out here. Our guy's good. He goes, well, whoever he said, whoever did your last alignment, either didn't do it or they didn't know what they were doing. I said, OK, cool. So he showed me a paper work out was out and everyt So on my way home, it was better. It wasn't pulling as much to the left, but it was still slightly pulled to the left. And instead of the steering wheel being caught to the right, now it's caught to the left about I don't know how many degrees, but it's a significant amount where it's noticeable. So then I stopped off today at South Hamilton because it's right down the street from me. And I was just going to drop it off and leave it with But I mean, I was in there for 15 minutes. There's one person ahead of me and I wasn't acknowledged. I mean, he was with them. I understand that there's two cars in the garage. I mean, it's But maybe they're understaffed. I don't know, but I just didn't I'm kind of set up with it, It's already taken so much of my time already and I've been without a ve So needless to say.
