I am a honorably discharged veteran who served four years in the United States Marine Corp. I consider myself to be a very honest and capable mechanic. I will not suggest or make unnecessary repairs without the discretion of the customer and will ensure that the customer has a complete understanding of the work being performed. I warranty all labor for a period of four months. Parts are warranted per the manufacturer warranty guidelines. My business forms around the maintenance and/or repair of your generator. I can change the oil and filters, as well as inspect the unit for any possible issues that should be addressed in a timely manner such as oil/water leaks, belts and hoses, including block heaters and batteries. I have been a mechanic for 38+ years. I developed very good troubleshooting/diagnostic skills which I use to determine the extent of needed repairs. I have extensive knowledge of engines, including diesel. I worked for Kossen Equipment from April 2006 until they sold the company to Taylor Power. I then worked for Taylor for app. 1.5 years. While working for both Kossen and Taylor I was a shop mechanic. My primary duties were rebuilding engines and repair of generators. I have repaired Kohler, Onan, Generac, Caterpillar and other less well known generators. I have very good engine diagnostic skills and am capable of rebuilding almost any engine.
