We always give our customers a choice and that choice is entirely up to them. We own five mine and key care centers and they're all family owned and locally operated. It's important for us that our customers are best served. All the way from the front waiting room and good service riders that take care of the customer from the beginning to the end and all the way down to the technicians who are working on the vehicle. The most important factor in our business is our customers. You want to make sure that they're taken care of not just because you want to provide them with service, with fixing their cars or with a product, but we want to build a relationship with them.
