Hello and welcome to Sunnyside Chevrolet. We would The service center is toward the back of our dealership on the west side. Our service department is open from 7. 30 am to 6. 00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 7. 30 am to 8. 00 pm Thursday and 7. 30 am to 6. 00 pm on Fridays. Saturday the service department is open from 8. 00 am to 3. 00 pm. When you arrive, simply pull into the right side of the service drive. The entrance is on the back right side of the building. During the winter we have our doors closed, but they automatically open when you approach them. Once you enter the service drive, you will be greeted by one of our service advisors. In the event they are already with guests, please feel free to walk into the service right-of area. We will place in a floor mat and seat cover to protect your car during the service. Your service advisor will review your vehicle service history, advise you on any maintenance recommendations, and update any contact information that may have changed. Simple oil changes do not require an appointment here at Sunnyside Chevrolet. Just pull your vehicle in and we will have you on your way as quickly as possible. All of our paid services include a multi-point inspection in addition to checking for open recalls or campaigns. While the work is being performed on your vehicle, we have several amenities that might interest you. Our guest lounge has free Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, magazines, cable television, homemade cookies, and a kid's playroom. If you are short on time and can't wait, we have a courtesy shuttle for nearby locations or rental car options that are available for your convenience. We also have a drop box if you bring your vehicle outside of our normal business hours that is located next to the service drive. When we are done servicing your vehicle, it will receive a complimentary car wash, then it will be returned to you and you will be on your way.
