We specialize in custom exhaust work, intercooler systems, manifolds, headers, fuel systems and much more. All items are hand made and built in house!!
You can see we got the twin zone rotors up top. They're water and oil cooled, as you can see it's very compact. We got the vibrant van jane clamps, keeping everything together and boost leak free. This car is actually running a Hulman boost controller, it's not running electronic. I'm not a big fan of the electronic control systems for these vehicles, so I opted out of it. Now with this setup we also have, as you can see, a new fuel rail. This is actually an E36 fuel rail that I adapted to the intake manifold that I built. It allows for proper fuel distribution to our port injection. And it just happens to be the nicest rail that I could find. And I wanted to keep it a really nice look, so I opted for that. We got the charge pipe that goes to the throttle body with a van jane clamp as well. And The clip system is kind of trash, the O-rings, not my favorite. This system is a one and done type deal, there's no tools required to pull the charge pipe off the throttle body or off the turbos. And you can see my oil cooler, I got my own custom oil plate. I'm not running an oil thermostat on here because I don't really care. I do let the car warm up before I drive it, so it's not a big deal. Down below you can see the hard al That is the coolant passage from the water p That's what allows me to keep my cylinder head cool. There's a lot of R&D that went into the system, it works very well, but it did take me a minute to get it figured out. It didn't work right the first few times and the car did get overheated quite a bit. So luckily it survived, it's got a lot of miles on it, it's got 188,000 miles on this engine. And it has withstood the abuse, no problem. I'm actually kind of surprised myself due to the fact that I did overheat it a few times trying to sort it out, but it works very well now. And here you can see the vibrant oil cooler and the inner cooler. I'm going to pull the b Okay guys, so here you go, you get a view of the setup taken apart with the b You can see the road grime, you can tell this thing is obviously driven a lot. Full size inner cooler, the radiator is down below or behind rather, with a plastic shield that basically diverts air into the radiator as it goes through the inner cooler and everything else. It's a very, very thick core. I put this together a few years ago, you can see my logo there. And here's the oil cooler with dash 10 and fittings. It's definitely seen some better days, it's been beat up on quite a bit. So basically this is what you see, you get the VI engineered car in its flesh. I'm going to have to get some videos of it on the road, driving, ripping around on the freeways, doing some kills. It's a reliable car, does great, I love the car. I'm very happy with the vehicle. I'm going to have a tough time moving to a different platform, finding something as fun for the dollar amount that I've spent on this vehicle.
