So they text us back and forth with questions regarding the repairs but also just the daily details of when do I drop it off, can I come pick it up is now a good time and we're able to quickly work that out. For me dealing with the guys in the back and the shop is my area of the workflow, making sure we all know from the back where the cars are in the process and then also the work order system. The guys can just look at all the text me, figure out what parts are for what job, we can organize parts by job that way as well so it makes it super easy for the guys in the back and for us up front to keep t Absolutely, we have, we've utilized it, we've recommended it and we would use it again.
