On episode 2 of My Old 2 Wild, my friend Joel has challenged me to make a level 6 heat dish using bulldog ramen. So we're making spicy tomato noodles. In a large pot, boil the noodles until al dente, reserve 1 cup of the water, and drain. Don't forget to keep the sauce and seaweed packs for later. Cook some bacon until crispy, remove from pan, but keep the bacon fat. Soil taste some scallions, then add tomato paste and the bulldog sauce pack, and cook until sauce darkens. Reduce the heat to medi Add your noodles to the sauce and toss until they are well coated. Serve with crispy bacon, freshly grated parmesan, and top it with the seaweed pack and fresh scallions.
