My name is Justin Kozakowski. I am a new car sales associate here at suburban Buick GMC of Troy. What'so special about the suburban Buick GMC is that this building has been here for 42 years. We have been servicing the people of Troy in the surrounding areas for that long and we have a wonderful sales and service department and very little turnover in those departments as well so the people that are used to coming in here are used to seeing the same faces. The customer experience here at suburban is always top notch. We do everything we can to service people from the time they walk in whether it'sales or service. Our sales people are very knowledgeable and most of it been here for many years. Our service department is the same. What I love most about working at suburban Buick GMC is that just how we treat the customers. It's never been a sales procedure or a service procedure where we try to pressure anyone into anything.
