I'm the owner, proprietor of Main Street Automotive here in downtown Walnut Creek, California. So when were looking at system, they had a lot of plugins. You couldn't just use one ecosystem for everyt You had to have all these different plugins for digital ve I said, what is t I looked at it and I said, hey, t Sign me up. My favorite feature is the digital ve What it does is it gives us the option of sending it over to our customer. They can approve right there from their phone or from their computer, send it back to us. We can order the parts, we can fix the ve We don't even have to talk to them on the phone. The biggest impact that we've had from shop where is my technicians now have a tool that they trust. It's also enabled our customers to not have to take time out of their day. The thing that my staff So if you're a shop owner that's trying to go through the weeds to figure out w You can go on there and you can chat with the tech support and if they can't find a solution immediately, they'll typically get a solution pretty quickly. The most important t I can get somebody up and running in a day or two. I knew I made the right choice when I started seeing reviews coming through of how the system was very transparent and how the system was very easy to use.
