I am Justin Kennedy. I work for DubWorks and I am a service advisor for DubWorks. Our industry is definitely a good career choice just because there is always, it's constantly growing. It's never going the way. It'something that really holds you down and gives you a sense of security long term. I think some of the benefits that we provide are going to be like our warranty, The other thing is just a sense of trust. I think that's a hard one when it comes to an independent repair shop. It's really hard to trust people anymore and we bring that to the table. It takes everyone here to put in some kind of effort to succeed, for the whole business to succeed. Someone else should work here if they are looking for a challenge. Definitely somebody that's, Someone that is looking for a challenge and looking to grow and really learn. There's always something new coming out, If they're looking to grow and learn, that's the biggest thing in this industry.
