Hello everybody, let me introduce the automotive power file simulator's APS series w First let's look at the front panel. On the left side there are the touch screen and the function buttons. On the right side there are the inputs and output terminals for power supply lines and input terminal for other signal generators. On the bank panel there are the power supply terminals and the EUT supply terminals. Let's go through the test setting. First pulse 2, b. Press standard and then select the intended test standard. Press pulse 2, b to have it selected. Press setting to set the proper parameters. Select 12V or 24V power system. Set UA, US according to the relevant test standard. And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1 is the preparation time depending on the DOT operation condition. Td is the pulse duration, T12 is the pulse full time, T6 is the duration of the voltage drop, int is the time interval. Select OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power set the DOT rated voltage and press OK. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. Next let's go through the test setting of pulse 4. Press setting to set the proper parameters. Select 12V or 24V power system. Set UB the supply voltage. US the first voltage drop, UA the second voltage drop and repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1, T7, T9, T10, T8, T11 according to the test standard. Select OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power set the DOT rated voltage and press OK. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. Now let's go through the test setting according to ISO 16750-2. For 4. 2 DC supply voltage test, select supply. Press setting to set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. UA the normal supply voltage. US the abnormal voltage and repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1 the preparation time depending on the DOT operation condition. T2 the duration of the abnormal voltage. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage and press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For 4. 3 overvoltage test, select overvoltage. Press setting to set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. UA the normal supply voltage. US the abnormal voltage. And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1 the preparation time. T2 the duration of the abnormal voltage. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage and press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For 4. 4 superimposed alternating voltage test, select sign sweep. Press start to set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. UA the normal supply voltage. UPP the alternating voltage. And T1 the preparation time. And repetition. Select the test mode linear or logarithmic. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. Sweep frequency. Test duration. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage and press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For 4. 5 slow decrease and increase of supply voltage test, select slow change. Press set into set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. UA the minim U10V. And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1 the preparation time. T2 the pulse fall time. T3 the duration of low voltage. T4 the pulse rise time. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage. Press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. Press OK to confirm the setting. For 4. 6 discontinuity in supply voltage test, select VOTE drop 1. Press set into set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. Press the minim U1 the voltage drop. And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T2, T3 and T4. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage. And press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. Press reset. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For reset behavior test, select reset VEHA. Press start to run the test. Press set into set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. U1 the minim And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T2 is the preparation time. T3 is the time intervals when the voltage res T4 is the time intervals of a voltage drop. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage. Press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. When test is completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For starting profile test, select starting. Press set in to set the proper parameters. 12V or 24V power system. UB the normal voltage. US6 voltage of the first voltage drop level. US voltage of the second voltage drop level. And repetition. Press other to adjust the pulse parameters. T1 is the preparation time. T6 is the duration of the first voltage drop. T8 is the duration of the second voltage drop. Tf is the full time of the first voltage drop. T7 is the rise time of the first voltage drop. TR is the rise time to the normal voltage level. Press OK to confirm the setting. Press DOT power to set the DOT rated voltage. Press OK to switch on the DOT. Press start to run the test. Press start to run the test. When the test isn't completed or stopped via pressing stop, press DOT power to switch off the DOT. For 4. 9 open circuit tests, select open circuit. Set the proper parameters.
