Would not be where we're at today without broadly building a business through the COVID pandemic. It's better than ever. I'm able to almost show off our ability to communicate to not just our customers, but if I'm trying to inspire a technician or a service writer to come to the shop, Bosch, shop where and broadly together is the grand slam. It makes life easy, makes it fun to come into work. We're not stressed. It only gets better from here. Before broadly, it was kind of interesting because we'd have phone calls with customers. I used to be up there trying to help out with scheduling here and there. And you'd be on the phones trying to communicate. You had people in the front office. It was pretty tough. People don't always answer their phones. They don't know exactly whose n Broadly focuses on a few specific tasks and does it extremely well. We can communicate with the Broadly app. It'seamless. It's quick. Look at my track Were at low 90s and now we're coming up on 230. We did over 101 year. I t We've been a Bosch shop for 30 plus years. If we have a new part that we're a car breaks down and I see a Bosch part available, I know I can choose it and it's not coming back. Or even if there is a problem with it, they're going to stand be I t Broadly has really made it a lot nicer for me to go home at the end of a work day. Allows me to, if I'm on vacation with the family, to know that our quality control, w It's a good thermometer to know that we're continuing our conquest of excellent customer service and excellent car service as well. Broadly is a home run.
