My name is Chad Peska. I am a service manager at Papa's Truck and Trailer Repair. We are a heavy and medi I run the shop day to day, I manage the mechanics and give them their job duties. Talk to the customers about what needs repaired on their truck, help them diagnose what's going on with the unit, and give estimates to customers on units needed. The biggest thing that helps me with my job would be problem-solving. Every day there is a new issue that needs solved every minute. It feels We work on a lot of variety of stuff, so every day something is different. The same unit doesn't break twice for the same issue. We have to put our heads together or really think about what is wrong with the unit and what we have to do to fix it. People find out about our company through the internet. Google is a big one. There is truck down the sites, but the biggest thing around T-to-Rapid was word of mouth. In this industry a lot of people talk and say, hey, I got this fixed here, they did a great job, So I feel The most rewarding part of my job would be to know that in everybody's household that a truck brought something there and that we help get that there. If it wasn't for us, these trucks would break down and there would be nobody to repair them. And we wouldn't get their items. Every day we have diagnostic software for trucks. Every day we hook a truck with a computer, diagnose these problems with large wire and schematics. The biggest motivation in life in general is my family. Supporting my family to know that I always have a job. Nothing can come in and replace me.
