Emergency crews are on the scene of a commuter train collision in the nation's capital. Metro officials say two trains collided and one train is on top of the other train. According to emergency management officials, the transit agency says there are massive injuries. The crash happened during the height of the rush hour at the Fort Totten station along the system's red line where it intersects with the green line. The heavily traveled train line has been shut down in the area of the deadly crash. Officials say the six-car train derailed. Matt Friedman, the Associated Press.
