My name is Todd Grace and I'm the owner of Todd's Place Express Car Wash. It was established in 2016 and we're sitting here on my site in Louisville. I have a location we just opened in Shelbyville and glad to have the ICS gang and the agency here with me today. When I decided to get into the car wash business, a great friend of the family, Jerry Orton, down in Hopkinsville, had about three or four locations with So I didn't know anything else, contacted The working relations And basically as we just stayed in contact at other sites being built or pre-planning, it's a relations . . If you're going to have multiple sites in my opinion, you've got to have one brain, computer brain, you've got to run them all. And ICS relations At that's the point of contact with every customer it comes through. On top of that, at the paystations, we have the newest product that you all have had out for a couple years, is the license plate readers or what they call LPRs. Another product that you can see over my shoulder is the entrance. It was a no-brainer once I knew y'all had it, came out, we saw it at the show, talked to Y'all had great success with it as we have and that's basically you have Wash Connect inside. All the stuff we have on site is ICS. I've been in it since 16, is when I started. I leaned on a fellow friend of the family and owner operator And basically if I had somebody come to me, a friend, a stranger, or just a call out of the blue that was t But in the planning, one of the most important, if not the most important, decision they're going to have to make is w And in my opinion it's a no-brainer. And if anybody that's going to be a new car wash owner or an existing car wash owner that happens to watch t com and just look. It speaks for itself. As far as my logo and signage and stuff I'm an owner, I'm an operator of a car wash. I'm not a design guy. So it just made great sense dealing with agency at ICS of helping me on my logo, helping me as everyt And I mean, ICS, the impact that it's made basically for me and my employees, it's made life easy for what we have to do on a day in, day out basis with customers from all the moving parts or whatsoever. I don't I doubt you could find somebody that pulled up at the Vax and ever realize if you took them through there, through the tunnel, through the mechanical room, the office with all the moving parts, I don't You have to have A phone call away if something goes down remote, but the impact to me as a car wash owner, it just makes life as easy as it possibly can and Thank you.
