Welcome to the BJB AUTO, LLC. page! Where does "BJB" come from you ask? Brian Joseph Black All the credit for the cool initials has to go to my Dad, Robert Black. "The initials just kind of roll out with the name", Dad recalls. My first working experience with cars was as a "Greeter" for a Ford dealership, at age 15. My job was to sit on a car lot all day, and greet "walk-in" customers. It was a great first experience, to be able and see human interaction in the car business, and what seemed to please and annoy people. My second working experience was at age 17, as a Valet/Customer Shuttle driver. Most of this time was spent in the Service department, and around the shop. I was very intrigued by the Automotive Technicians there, and seeing what they were doing on a daily basis. My third working experience was as an Automotive Technician at a Toyota dealership. I spent 5 years there, learning a lot from a lot of great people! Once I had conquered major repairs and other things that personally intimidated me, I knew I was in love. It was then, that I realized that I not only wanted to make a living with cars, but also wanted to change the car world, and have "Chip Foose size dreams" Only one problem: $ My next few years were spent in Customer Service at Service Departments for both Honda and Toyota. These jobs not only helped practice with people, but also balancing multiple accounts, private and business (fleet vehicles), and properly handling time and money. So, what will BJB AUTO, LLC. be like? I have no idea, but I can guarantee a few things: 1) I will never mislead anyone from the start 2) I will do everything in my power to protect your investment (your vehicle) and not waste your time or money. 3) I will hold a goal of F.R.F.T. (Fixed Right First Time) 4) I will more than likely be alone on this venture for a while, and will do the work of multiple people to help this work smoothly 5) I may be knocked down, but I will never be knocked out -BJB
